STEP 1: FREE CONSULTATION
Sit down with one of our coaches to discuss your goals, clarify what you want and what we do. If we are in alignment in being the best option to help you achieve your goals and transform your body we move on to Step 2.
STEP 2: PERSONAL TRAINING FUNDAMENTALS
Think of this as Exercise and Human Movement 101. In this course, we’ll teach and guide you through all of the technique and movements you’ll need to achieve your goals. Taking the time to master the basics is a huge part of what separates us from other gyms and it provides a safe, non-intimidating and judgment free environment to learn new things.
STEP 3: LIFESTYLE
As you gain the knowledge and take the actions to transform your body you will be coached to identify and overcome obstacles to create a lifestyle that makes achieving your goals inevitable.
STEP 4: HYBRID MEMBERSHIPS
Years of experience have taught us that hybrid memberships, primarily group classes, coupled with personal training sessions is the best environment for continued progress, strength and development. Meet with your coach anywhere from weekly to quarterly to keep you on track and in the best shape of your life.
