Partner workout

32 minutes; Every 4 minutes, x8

-Start with 2min of cardio together

Remaining time in 4 minute block, AMRAP:

Round 1 & 5: Toes to Bar

Round 2 & 6: Devil Press

Round 3 & 7: Jump Rope

Round 4 & 8: Hang Squat Cleans 50%

For the AMRAP, tag-team, split reps however. If one partner fatigues faster than the other, the fresher athlete can pick up the slack and do more reps on the AMRAP.
