5 Back Squats and 5 Push ups every 2 minutes for 7 Sets / 14minutes

Light: Ascending to heavy set of 5

Regular Squatters: Aim to warm up before and hold all of the sets around ~70%

PART 2- 12 minutes

-run (Either 800 - 1200 - 1 mile (score 1)

-remaining time AMRAP
