Partner run that will take 4ish minutes

Then

AMRAP KB until 6:00

-R1: Swings

-R2: SDLHP

-R3: G2OH

AMRAP Burpees until 8:00

-R1: Burpees

-R2: Burpee Box Jump

-R3: BFBJO

AMRAP Clean and Jerks until 10:00

-R1: 50%

-R2: 60%

-R3: 70%


When you get back from the run, perform the KB, Burpees and Clean and Jerks in a tag team fashion, with one partner working and one partner resting.


If the run takes 4ish minutes, you'll have about 2 minutes on the KB, 2 minutes on the Burpees and 2 minutes on the C&J.
