Saturday Partner Workout!

32 minutes; Every 4 minutes, x8

-Start with 400m partner run (together)

-Run should be less than 2:00

Remaining time in 4 minute block, AMRAP:

Round 1 & 5: Thrusters

Round 2 & 6: Burpee Facing Box Jumps

Round 3 & 7: Wallballs

Round 4 & 8: KB Swings

For the AMRAP, tag-team, split reps however. If one partner fatigues faster than the other, the run still has to happen together, so the fresher athlete can pick up the slack and do more reps on the AMRAP.
