All reps are tag team, split however. One person working, one person resting.


Except…. Every 5 min, at 0:00, 5:00, 10:00, 15:00, 20:00, 25:00, perform 60 sec of synchro Burpees.


Burpees must be synchro. The less tired person between Burpee efforts can pick up the slack by doing more reps on the AMRAP.
