In groups of THREE:

AMRAP 30

-20 DB Deadlifts

-10 Synchro Sit-Ups or Leg Lifts

-5 Synchro Burpees


-20 DB Hang Cleans

-10 Synchro Sit-Ups or Leg Lifts

-5 Synchro Burpees


-20 DB Front Squats

-10 Synchro Sit-Ups or Leg Lifts

-5 Synchro Burpees


-20 DB Push Press

-10 Synchro Sit-Ups or Leg Lifts

-5 Synchro Burpees


-20 DB Hang Squat Clean Thrusters

-10 Synchro Sit-Ups or Leg Lifts

-5 Synchro Burpees


For the 20 DB reps... Tag team, split however, one person working, one person resting.

One partner runs a 300m run at all times, leaving two people inside, chipping through the work. Maintain the order of the run. When one partner comes in from the run, they'll take over the place of the partner that goes out for the run, and the work will proceed.
