-20 Abs of Choice

-20 Wallballs

-20 Power Cleans (50% of less)

-20 Push Jerks

-20 Box Jumps

-20 Abs of Choice



You'll partner up, and then link up with another partnership.


One partnership will run 400 meters, or a distance that will take about 2 minutes, and one partnership will work on the chipper. When the running pair get back, they will begin the chipper and the other pair will run.


For the chipper, work tag-team, splitting reps whenever, however.


They do NOT pick up where the other partnership left off. Each group will run the chipper on their own, and has nothing to do with the other group, other than to share equipment if applicable.
