Because we are a week behind OSCF program this was their Thanksgiving workout. Anyone doing Liftmas could choose to practice their shoulder to overhead, squat or power cleans and snatching if they prefer.

-work at each station for 40 seconds, then take 20 seconds off to transition

T Turkey Get-Ups (w/ KB)

H Hang Squat Cleans (w/ BB)

A Alternating Snatches (w/ DB)

N Nothing (recover and be thankful)

K Knees to Elbows (Hanging, Standing or Planking)

F Front Squats (w/ any implement)

U Unders Double (jump Rope)

L Lunges (w/ any implement)
