However, for most, this may not be enough time and you will not hit your best 2RM....
But, this is part of training, so STAY ON TIME and give it hell!

-DB Alt. Standing Overhead Lunges +6
-100 Double Unders
The T2B and lunges increase by 6 each round, but the jump ropes remain a constant 100 (or constant with modification methods).
Toes Close to Bar, 35/25, 50 DUs
Hanging Knee Raises, 30/20, 100 SUs
Toes to KB, 20/10, 100 SU’s
