-500m run together

Then, AMRAP until the 10:00

-10 Power Cleans (50%)

-10 Challenging Push-Ups

At 10:00

-500m run together

Then, AMRAP until the 20:00

-10 Shoulder to Overhead

-10 Challenging Pull-Ups

At 20:00

-500m run together

Then, AMRAP until the 30:00

-10 Power Clean and Jerks

-10 Challenging Abs

This is a 30 minute workout with 3 10-minute pieces. At 0:00, 10:00 and 20:00, you'll run 500 meters with your partner. When you get back, you'll tag-team the AMRAP for the duration of the 10 minute block, switching back and forth however you see fit.

The reps are 10 total, not 10 each, and you do not have to do the same amount of reps. So, if I'm falling apart, my partner can do 6 reps and I can do 4, or 7 and I can do 3. Just keep the engine running!

The barbell weight should be the same weight for all three pieces, and be about 50% of your 1RM C&J.
