-Stay on time and modify percentages for punctual success as needed
-2x2 are the SAME weight and should be successful, LOW, sexy reps
-2x2 should be under your 2RM and similar to your 3RM
-6 minutes on, 2 minute off, 6 minutes on
-Pick up where you left off; one cumulative score
-Work with more intensity than if it were 14 minutes straight; earn that rest!
