AMRAP 20

-22 Thrusters (50% Push Press 1RM)

-22 Devil Press

-22 Cal on Machine of Choice

-22 Burpees to Target


at the 20:00, 8 minutes to establish 2RM Thruster:


20:00-21:00: rest and add weight

21:00-5xXX

23:00-4xXX

25:00-3xXX

27:00-2xXX

29:00-2xXX


For the AMRAP, tag team and split reps however you choose; just get to 22 reps.


For the strength, EACH partner must lift in the allocated set times, so each of you will do a 5/4/3/2/2 approach on a 2 min interval.
